GRAPES: 100% Grillo
VINIFICATION AND FINING: The grapes are harvested in containers until they reach their best ripeness. Once destemmed, the skins are macerated cold along with the must (4° C). The grapes are pressed softly and very slowly fermented at a low temperature. The foam is collected applying the Martinotti method.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12 % by vol.
WINE DESCRIPTION: The color appears as a straw yellow with a very fine and persistent perlage. It has a fragrant perfume and a variety of nested aromatic scents with a fruity background. It has a velvety taste with a refreshing vein to which elegant floral notes are added. Excellent at 6-8 °C.
