Vinification and Ageing: After the de-stemming, the grapes macerate at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 6 days with
frequently “pumping-over” and “delestages”.
Description: Intense ruby colour with violet highlights. The nose reveals scents of black pepper, blackberries and mulberries. On the palate is elegant, full and gently tannic with a pleasant freshness which gives to the wine a good drinkability.
How to serve: Serve at a temperature between 16° and 18°C in average size stem glasses.
