Grapes: 100% Sauvignon Blanc yield in the territory around Partinico, at about 500 meters above sea level. The vines are Guyot pruned, planted in cordon training with a density of 3000 vines per hectare.
Vinification and Fining: The grapes are hand picked at the end of August. De-stemming, soft-pressed , fermentation at controlled temperature, aging in stainless steel tanks for about four months. Bottled and aged for other two months in local thermo-conditioned habitat.
Alcohol content: 11% – 13% by vol.
Wine description: Straw yellow colour with slight green highlights. The nose reveals intensive, persistent and delicate varietal fragrance. Issue citrus and peaches notes. On the palate is fresh, sapid and persistent. Serve at temperature between 11°-13°C.
