Grapes: 100% Syrah yield in the territory around Partinico at about 350 Meters above the sea level. The vines are Guyot pruned, planted in cordon training with a density of 3000 vines per hectare.
Vinification and Fining: The grapes are hand picked between the end of August and the first week of September. Grapes de-stemming, brief cold skin maceration, soft-pressed and fermentation at controlled temperature. Aged in stainless steel tanks for about five months. After bottling it ages for two/three months in local thermo-conditioned habitat.
Alcohol content: 12,5% – 13,5% by vol.
Wine description: Light pink colour with garnet highlights. The nose reveals persistent and rich fragrance of red berries and mulberries notes . On the palate is sweet, full bodies , fresh and sapid. Serve at a temperature between 12° – 15 °C.
