GRAPES: 100% Nero d’Avola DOC produced in the territory of Partinico, at about 350 Meters  above sea level. The vines are Guyot pruned, planted espalier with a density of 5000 vines per hectare.

VINIFICATION AND FINING: The grapes are harvested around mid-September. After the destemming, the grapes macerate at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 6 days with frequent “pumping-over” and “delestages”.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5 % by vol.

WINE DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby colour with violet highlights. The nose reveals scents of ripe-cherry, spices and cinnamon. On the palate is decisive and it has a good-freshness making it perfect for any meal. Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C.
