Vinification and Ageing: After the de-stemming, the grapes macerate at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 6 days with frequently “pumping-over” and “delestages”.
Description: Rich in colour and good intensity olfactory. The nose reveals notes of ripe cherry, spices and cinnamon. On the palate is decisive with a good freshness that makes it an ideal wine for the whole meal.
How to serve: Serve at a temperature between 16° and 18° C. in average size stem glasses.
