GRAPES: 100% Merlot produced in West Sicily.

VINIFICATION AND FINING: After the destemming, the grapes macerate at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks for about 6 days with frequently ‘pumping-over’ and “delestages’.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5 % by vol.

WINE DESCRIPTION: Intense ruby red with light violet reflections. The nose reveals notes of morello cherries, cherries and wild berries. In the mouth it is captivating, long, sapid, iodized and severely sweet. Serve at a temperature between 16° and 18°C in average size stem glasses.
