GRAPES: Our selection of native and non-native grape varietals produced in the territory of Partinico, in the Alcamo DOC Bianco area at 400 meters above sea level.
VINIFICATION AND FINING: The grapes are harvested by hand in 14 kg crates within the first ten days of August and subjected to soft pressing. The grapes then slowly ferment at 14-15 ° C. The foam is collected applying the Martinotti method.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11,5 % by vol.
WINE DESCRIPTION: The color appears as a straw yellow, with delicate green-colored reflections. On the nose it is lively and floral, with hints of peach and citrus. The native vines give a feeling of strength and tradition, at the same time the allochthonous vines give softness and elegance to the palate. A fizzy wine that combines elegance, power and seduction. Excellent at 6-8 °C.
