GRAPES: 50% Insolia and 50% Viognier, grown around Partinico at about 300 meters above sea level.
VINIFICATION AND FINING: Viognier is harvested at the end of August and Insolia after the the second week of September. The grapes are subjected to soft pressing in total absence of oxygen and are fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks; the wine is aged “sur-lie”.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13 % by vol.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Straw yellow in color with light green reflections. Clear notes of citrus fruits and flowers emerge on the nose with a fresh, savory and jovial taste. Best serving temperature between 9° and 10 °C.
