GRAPES: 100% White Moscato is produced in the territory near Castellamare del Golfo at about 500 meters above the sea level, in an area with optimal exposition and height which allow to produce complex wines of pleasant sapidity and freshness.
VINIFICATION AND FINING: The partially sun-dried grapes on the vine are hand-picked in the first ten days of October, they are then de-stemmed ad cryo-macerated for about 8-10 days, until the desired alcohol content and residual sugar level are reached. The fermentation is stopped by refrigeration after which the wine ages in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months and then proceed aging once bottled.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,5 % vol.
WINE DESCRIPTION: Bright and brilliant golden color. At the nose it is intense and persistent, with pronounced scents of apricots and peaches; it reveals delicate notes of flowers of rose petals and zagara honey followed by sweet aromas of dried dates and figs. Full-bodied on the palate with perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. A wine that encloses the sun, warmth and radiance of its land.
