Grapes: 100% Pinot Grigio yield in the territory around Castellammare del Golfo at 400 meters above sea level. The vines are Guyot pruned, planted in cordon training with a density of 5000 vines per hectare.
Vinification and Fining: The grapes are hand picked in the first decade of August. White vinification with soft – pressing. Fermented at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, ageing for about five months. After bottling it ages for two/three months in local thermo-conditioned habitat.
Alcohol content: 12% – 13% by vol.
Wine description: Straw yellow colour, the nose reveals persistent notes of white fruits. On the palate is strong and clear. Serve at a temperature between 10° – 12°C.
